"Tout était correct sauf l’état de la chambre (nettoyage moyen à notre arrivée, il restait des tâches collantes sur le meuble d’entrée, les meubles sont design mais un peu « passés » voire abîmés), sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, obligé de contacter la réception plusieurs matins pour obtenir un sèche-cheveux, j’ai perdu du temps. Petit déjeuner correct mais tous les jours les mêmes plats sont servis c’est dommage. Piscine fermée fin avril et c’est dommage. Personnel très aimable."

"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."
