"The Staf in the reception did not speak english. We had a reservation number from hotels.com but had to wait for about 1h in the reception while they tried to find it in their computer. The Staf was very arrogant and not at all professional.
The rooms very dirty

"The room was clean and nice, but the as not ready for our arrival, we had to wait while they made the bed. (15.00)
BY Far the biggest issue though was the directions on Expedia took us to a location 22 kms from the actual hotel.
Fortunately a group of locals managed to find the core address in the internet!! We were not happy!

"The stay was unpleasant, stay here for couple of time but won't return to stay here again anymore.
So LUCKY that there's wedding reservation that weekend, wedding family act like they book the whole resort and celebrate like at home which is quite annoying with the disturbing noises.
Great that staff exchange room after complain but this doesn't help in early morning in 5am due to the wedding ceremony starts 6am, more unknown people came in to the resort parked infront of the room without...
