Great location, just a few minutes from Retiro Park. The area felt safe, quiet, and was perfect for walking around Madrid. My room was comfortable, clean, and the renovated bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was also very complete and good. The absolute best part was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, gave me great recommendations and information, and made me feel safe and well taken care of. I’m giving 4 stars only because the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I would definitely love to come back once they’re finished and see the hotel fully renovated. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely return!

We stayed at this hotel the night before flying home, so as you can imagine, we were pretty tired. The warm welcome and helpfulness of the front desk staff, especially Mar and another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, made such a difference! Mar gave us great recommendations for dining options, and we also had a nice chat about our travel experiences. The interaction felt much more personal than a typical hotel check-in, which I really appreciated. As a light sleeper, I had requested a quiet room, and the staff kindly accommodated our request. The room was clean and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. Since we booked through Expedia, we also received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. There were also cookies, coffee, and tea in the room. I especially enjoyed them while taking in the night view from our window. After a long trip, it was exactly the kind of relaxing and welcoming experience we needed before heading home. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
