"A nice hotel, had stayed there before. Normally, the rating would be 10 out of 10, as it is classy, clean, comfortable, with helpful staff and excellent breakfast - seemingly nothing to complain about.
However, last time we checked in for one night only and ordered a taxi to the airport for next morning at 9 am. We were assured that the order was placed and confirmed. Despite of that, the next morning at 6:30 am I went down to confirm the order and the person at the reception - who was...

"This hotel gives me the best Location for my short business trip. It is located very near to my meeting venue. Staff are very friendly and very very helpful. I like the hotel's small room with a window that provided me with a very quiet place to stay in a big city. Metro stations are not very far, however, one has to be aware that travelling from/to the airport using Metro may involve a hundred meters of pulling and pushing your luggage between the station and the hotel. The hotel is very near...

"El hotel es self check in. Mande un mensaje porque mi cuarto olía fuerte a cigarro y no me han contestado ni lo harán
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. (Pagas lo que te dan). Es un hotel barato para solo llegar a dormir
La zona es una buena zona con cafés y restaurantes cercanos"

"Terrible before we even got there. We tried to cantact them via Expedia chat and WhatsApp several days before and no response untill we got to the property. We didnt know it was self check-in and we werent the only ones. When we got in we saw a couple get in to their assigned room using their code just to find there was still someone else inside wich means they dont reset their passwords everytime a new guest comes in. In our case the room was made with super cheap furniture and appliances. The...
