"The hotel itself was in a different location. As getting there the floor was broken and it had holes all over the place. The bathroom was very bad with the tub having a whole in the middle and broken all over the place and a door that did not lock for the restroom. There was an Ac machine that did not work either and the room itself had a very dirty bed. We ended up going to a different hotel for our stay in Madrid. It was a very bad place to stay. "

"Perfect place to stay if you're doing the Madrid Movistar half marathon. The hotel staff were lovely and and very welcoming. Booked a Deluxe room which was at the front of the hotel - had a lovely view of the fountain and was impressed by how soundproofed the room was from the traffic noise. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed including little extras to make the stay luxurious. The hotel were kind enough to offer breakfast at an earlier time for runners on race day - great selection of hot breakfast, pastries, cereals, fruit, bread, gluten free options and refreshments (hot and cold). The hotel itself was a 10 minute walk to the start line. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants/cafes and bars within walking distance. Also have the metro station (Alonso Martinez) close by. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)."

"We loved everything about Slow Suites! Location was amazing! Size was perfect for the 4 of us! The place was clean and any time I messaged the staff I immediately got a response! The one thing I had issue with was the washer and dryer. I could not figure out how to dry but this could have been user error. Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"Great location, room was spacious and nicely furnished, good quality toiletries. Noise insulation was perfect (I'm a very light sleeper and had no issues). We will stay here when we come back to Madrid! Super recommended!"
