"El hotel no es amigable para gente que necesita utilizar silla de ruedas o carruaje para niños, ya que no cuentan con elevador directo sino que hay que estar subiendo y bajando gradas para poder utilizar el elevador, en lo demas, esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, bien cercano a varios lugares turisticos. "

"The hotel was located in a great central area with shops and station all nearby. The room was very comfortable and suited to our needs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room had a very large private terrace, and although not much of a view, would be very good to use in warmer months (we stayed in early march). The only thing was we could never quite get warm air through the heater despite setting the temperature required. There were warm radiators, but did find the room a little cold. This was nothing really to complain about and the hotel otherwise very pleasant to stay at."
