Good Hotel with appealing interior and exceptional breakfast. Rooms are clean and cozy (linen, sheets mattress) , bathroom is clean too, yet needs some refurbishment as it shows signs of wearing.

Lovely hotel and rooftop bar, near to the underground station and easy to get to from the Airport. Staffing levels were poor in the bars, but if you are not in a rush the cocktails are lovely

We visited with our two year old and loved how close the hotel was to Santiago Bernabeu and also El Cortez Ingles shopping centre. The hotel was clean and very cool decor-we didnt get to use the pool but we checked out the rooftop and loved it. Great stay

Just don’t eat at the bar, terrible food quality

The hotel is extremely tired , the rooms are tiny , this is not a four star property . They are trying hard to be like Moxt hotels but failed . Never eat at the bar/restaurant of the hotel , been living in Spain for five years and it must have been the worst meal ever , and forget the friendly service .
