The staff is very friendly except one. After a long day and flight, we checked in and went for an early dinner so we could go to bed early. When we arrived at the hotel after dinner, the room was unbearably hot. I called the desk and they sent someone up. We needed to move rooms which was fine. We moved rooms and in the second room the tv didn't work. They sent a guy that fixed it but didn't add the internet to stream. We moved rooms again. The third room was not getting cool. The guy came up and put the temperature probe in the vent and showed us the probe, it was not cool. Then he stuck it completely in the vent at a different spot and showed us a picture on his phone of the right temperature. We could feel that the air was not blowing at all. We called the desk and started that the air is not blowing. I was told that the air is working fine. I said that is not correct since the second room was much cooler. I was then told that not all the air-conditioners at the hotel work the same. At this point, we were so exhausted and just needed sleep. I woke up sweating all night. In the morning when I went outside, it was terribly upset by how cool it was outside compared to my air-conditioned room. I called to get a room change. The person that answered the second day was rude when i called. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel and I'm sorry that I expected to have a working air-conditioner and tv. We were give free breakfast but it doesn't make up for the gaslighting
