The staff and included breakfast were amazing! Highly recommend to stay. Conveniently close to temple, food and shopping. The room could use a good deep clean the floors and shower especially. Beds are very comfortable.

The only reason I have 4 stars rather than 5 was only because some of the attachments in shower need to be replaced, the small fridge in the room never gets cold and the drain in most of the showers are very slow to drain and it causes the bathrooms to get a little flooded. Other than that the staff is super nice and friendly, the breakfast is great, beds are comfortable, great location and the a/c is cold! 10/10 highly recommend! We ended a stay at a different hotel early and decided to come back to this one for a few extra days.

We loved our stay so much we came back 2 days later and stayed another 3 days! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars all the way through is because our 2nd stay we stayed on a different floor and our rooms were not as good as the ones we had before. The 2nd stay rooms bathrooms were almost flooded during showers and the shower head and attachments need to be replaced. Other than that the staff, breakfast and stays were great and we definitely recommend! It is very close to shopping and temple. The temple usually has some type of festival that is family friendly and has plenty of food, shopping and entertainment. Be warned that the crowds are very heavy in the evening and can be difficult to walk around. Topland shopping is less crowded and about a 5 mins walk from Holatel.

This hotel is really amazing. The staffs are friendly and kind. The atmosphere is welcoming. Breakfast was great and mini bar in the room are free. I was really impressed with everything. I had a great time here. I’ll definitely come back again.

Limited recommendation

We booked this hotel to visit our family and to be in walking distance to the temple nearby. The location is good and the staff was helpful. Our first issue with the hotel was that the bathroom shower was designed badly. When you showered the water spilled throughout the bathroom. They should have placed a wider glass divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Also there is no floor divider to prevent the water from spreading throughout the bathroom floor. We had to request extra towels to cover the floor since we were concerned with us from slipping on a wet floor. Our second issue during our stay was the air conditioner broke around midnight. The staff helped the guests on our floor relocate to a different floor where the air conditioners were working. I won’t recommend this hotel for family with children due to safety in the bathroom. However I can recommend the hotel for couples or solo travelers because of the helpful staff and good location of the hotel. Just remember to ask for extra towels for the bathroom floor.

We went a group of 7 rented in separate booking for 6 different rooms on 3 different levels. Their Aircon was not working Around 2-3am for 4 different rooms. Also, their acoustic level once the aircon stopped, you could hear next room chatting quite clear.

Very modern hotel on the main road between the big temple and Top land , we stayed two nights rooms were quite even though the hotel is right on main road as always hotel breakfasts not up to much but we would stay here again ..
