"Great staff, clean hotel and great location. They did room upgrade due to construction which was really appreciated. The bakery inside the hotel was a bounce .. big variety of backed goods and sandwiches."

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Stayed here to catch flight the next morning back home. No complaints. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. I will say as a an older person perhaps a hand grab rail to get in an out of the bathtub to take shower would be helpful. Other than that would definitely stay again"

"Breakfast is very good and variously. There is limousine bus station to Narita airport and Haneda airport in front of the hotel."

"It was very clean Only thing we did not like the airport bus does not stop at the property and bus stop was little far"

"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. A great location for public transport and many great restaurants."

"A good value, good location, friendly and helpful staff."
