The hotel is next to the airport, 5 minutes of walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The Lotte shopping is on the same building, it has numerous restaurants you can select.

Great sushi bar on the top floor. I was transiting through NRT so as a turn and burn, this is a great hotel. They also have very regular shuttle service, unlike other nearby hotels. The room looked a little aged but was clean. Staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. For the price and convenience, this is a good choice for an overnight stay.

I used this hotel on the day I arrived on the trip and the day before I returned to Japan. There is a hotel in the Lotte department store at Gimpo International Airport, and it was convenient in many ways, but on the day I arrived, the plane was delayed for more than 2 hours, and the department store was closed, so I was thinking of buying kimchi and Korean snacks the day before I left. But I didn't do it, and it became an expensive souvenir at the airport. However, the night before I left, I was able to see the fireworks from the window of my room and make very good memories at the end.

I loved the shopping mall downstairs, it has plenty of stores, and the supermarket stays open until 11pm, which is perfect for late flights. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious, making it easy to open and organize luggage.

Staff was amazing from the get go. I had some questions prior to our stay and they responded To my emails right away. We stayed here for 2 nights only but of the 3 hotels I booked in Seoul and Jeju, they had the best service, from the front desk to the security staff. For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job

The room was clean and the beddings were comfy and crispy. However the hallway smells unpleasant as like someone is smoking. I stayed twice on separate days on a different floor and it smelled the same. The staffs are very attentive and easy to work with. I had to ask two different luggage help one pick up for my friend and a few luggage for me for another short trip. Nothing messed up and luggages and instrument were all in good condition while away.

It is the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was surprised how quiet it was at night. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the airport. It is huge. It’s a 5 minute walk at most. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. On the ground floor there is a shopping mall with dozens of restaurants and other shops including a grocery store for those on a budget. The buffet was nice but nothing special. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
