Staff was very accommodating. Our flight was delayed and they let us check out late. We were also able to leave our luggage there. The room was clean and near shops and public transportation. Would recommend especially if need to stay before a flight.

Great sushi bar on the top floor. I was transiting through NRT so as a turn and burn, this is a great hotel. They also have very regular shuttle service, unlike other nearby hotels. The room looked a little aged but was clean. Staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. For the price and convenience, this is a good choice for an overnight stay.

The guest experience from start to finish was amazing. The front staff is very English friendly and the service is impeccable. We are a family of 4 with children ages 8 and 11. We were provided a room with 2 double beds that were very cozy and comfortable. The room was classy and clean. There is an amazing view of the airport, especially at night when it is lit up. Despite the proximity, I did not hear the planes from my room. The accessibility to the mall and to GIMPO airport was the reason for our stay here as we had a 645am domestic flight. It was worth it!

I used this hotel on the day I arrived on the trip and the day before I returned to Japan. There is a hotel in the Lotte department store at Gimpo International Airport, and it was convenient in many ways, but on the day I arrived, the plane was delayed for more than 2 hours, and the department store was closed, so I was thinking of buying kimchi and Korean snacks the day before I left. But I didn't do it, and it became an expensive souvenir at the airport. However, the night before I left, I was able to see the fireworks from the window of my room and make very good memories at the end.

For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job
