It was convinient to everything but there was no place to hang anu of my clothing. There was no closet but room was clean, bathroom was excelent and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for excelent service.

The front desk staff, Cho So-young and Kim Yeon-ju, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made sure to assist with all my needs and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere during my stay. Their kindness truly stood out and made my experience much more pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast café was particularly good. The rooms were comfortable and overall well-maintained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The coffee service was disappointing. The room only had one instant coffee packet and an old coffee pot, instead of a modern coffee machine with multiple options. Additionally, guests are not allowed to take coffee from the breakfast bar to their rooms, which I found inconvenient.

韓屋を歩くのにも、チムジルバンに行くにも、買い物をするにも便利な立地です。全州駅まではタクシーで移動しましたがフロントで直ぐに呼んでくれました。朝食は豪華で美味しいです。部屋にドライヤーが無かったので設備の星は１つ減(私はショートヘアで、直ぐに乾くので問題無かったですが)。フロントは韓国語と英語です。

Beds were very comfortable that I could have deep sleep. Rooftop restaurant located on the 11th floor is beautifully decorated and the staff working at there was so kind and agreeable. No meed to mention tasty food at the rooftop. Except concierge desk service, I recommend this place and would like to visit again.

신라스테이 이름맞게 건물전체 점검해야할뜻.요리도

신라스테이라고하면 믿을수있는 브랜드인데 객실층전체에 암모니아 냄새진동하고 에어컨은 심야 조절이 불가능하게되고 아침뷔페는 정말 맛이없어 최악입니다

신축호텔 최고

패밀리트윈룸 이용했는데 객실크기 적당해요. 신축호텔이라 깨끗하고 룸컨디션은 주변 호텔 중에 제일 좋은 것 같고요. 2박시 룸청소도 말끔하고 빠르게 해주셔서 좋았어요. 에어컨이 너무 춥지 않고 시원하게 온도 조절이 잘되어 좋았어요. 여름 호캉스 최고... 위치는 10분정도 걸어야 주요 관광지가 있지만 나름 괜찮습니다. 라운지 음식도 맛있고 투숙객은 할인해주셔서 잘 이용했네요. 레이트체크아웃 이용해서 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 호스트분들도 상당히 친절하시네요. 다음에도 이용의사 있습니다

내가 가본 신라스테이 중에서 가장 최악이었음. 1. 소음발생에 대한 미적지근한 대처 (윗층에 가족단위가 밤새 뛰고 소리지르고 울고 하는데 경고조치했다면서 달라지는 것이 없음. 이럴거면 직원이 왜 있는걸까? 의문이 생김) 2. 실내 청소 상태 최악 싱글베드 옆 욕실창 아래로 먼지가 수북하여 눕자마자 먼지가 방안을 모두 채움. 청소안한다는걸 확실히 느낌 3. 주차장 진출입로의 구조상 문제 차가 크다면 지나가는게 부담스러울 정도로 이상하게 설계된 주차장진출입로. 이건 그냥 택시타고 오라는 협박과 같다..

We didn’t have any views. There was a big billboard instead when I opened the window. They felt sorry and offended a coupon for a cup of coffee. The bathroom was designed poorly. The breakfast was good though. A lot of options.

전주여행땐 최고의 위치와 시설

한옥마을이랑 걸어서 10분이내라 좋고 바로 앞에 편의점도 있고 터미널이랑도 차로 10분이내! 위치가 제일 좋은거같아요. 시설도 좋고 직원분들도 다 친절하시고 객실도 깨끗해요. 다음에 또 전주여행을 가게되면 당연히 신라스테이로 갈 것 같아요
