Everyone at the hotel is extremely helpful and nice. Da went above and beyond to help and all the other front desk staff were great as well! The rooms are cleaned every day while you are out, it is so nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast has a great selection to start your day. Overall great hotel!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and very convenient for exploring Hanoi. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and comfortable.
