The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent and breakfast had a large variety of food. Excellent hotel and very close to the main attractions around Hanoi.Mimi and Jenny provided excellent tours including city tours, a day tour to Ninh Binh and a wonderful overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay. Definitely recommend!

This hotel, the location is less than 5 minutes walk to the lake. It is really inside the Old Quarter. Next to the night market and all the attractions. I recommend staying at this hotel as the staff is polite and considers your needs.

We had a really nice stay here. For the price we paid, it was great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which made it very easy to explore the area. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, but what really stood out were the staff, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great little hotel in a fantastic location, especially for the price. We would happily stay here again.

This is a good place to stay in old quarter area. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. For improvement, I hope they can provide more varieties of food option for breakfast.Easy walking, good breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Hanoi l. The rooms are clean, comfy, safe in room, friendly staff and great breakfast. What really makes this place amazing is their manager Jennie! When I arrived her went over my plans for Hanoi and recommended and changed them, even saving me money on a better experience! I've seen her on his day off at the hotel to ensure his guests have all they need. She is really made my stay fantastic!
