We had an incredible stay! The breakfast was amazing, the service was excellent, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The staff made the entire experience feel welcoming and luxurious. This was my first trip to Asia, and staying here made the experience even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a luxury experience.

Wife and I had a wonderful stay in a spacious, quiet, clean, elegantly designed and very comfortable room with large windows overlooking the city. Staff were consistently helpful. Breakfast at both restaurants are excellent. The lobby space is beautiful. The hotel location is perfect. We are grateful to the staff and want to acknowledge the person who checked us in, our housekeeper, the bell desk and breakfast staff - thank you for a memorable stay.

I never write reviews, but this hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed world wide! In a busy city of Myeongdong, it provided such a calm, tranquil atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and sweet. I don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

The location is unbeatable - just steps from the subway, close to major tourist attractions in Myeongdong, and right next to a huge department store. The staff are incredibly accommodating, genuinely welcoming, and speak excellent English, making every interaction effortless and pleasant. Our room in the Executive Tower was in excellent condition and our city view was amazing. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that truly lives up to the VIP Access expectations. From the outstanding service to the fantastic location, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Outstanding! Staff are very courteous. Room/linen- sheets -towels/ smell of the room/amenities/are all excellent. Only one suggestion: There’s two bathrobe - good quality, however, I recommend to make the other bathrobe bigger than the other one- for man size. My husband was not able to use it as it was small for him. Overall - excellent!!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Lotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, from arrival and checkout to holding our bags before departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a newly remodeled room in the main tower. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The buffet had an excellent variety for both breakfast and dinner and was very accommodating to our family. The housekeeping staff on our floor was also incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Perfect location. Although a little dated, it was a very pleasant place to stay. Very convenient for visiting all of the different places in the city that you would like to visit.

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. I recommend it highly. We stayed in the executive tower for 3 nights. The staff is attentive and available to deliver top service. The amenities include pool, sauna, shopping and golf. The dining options are very high quality and varied. The rooms are elegantly decorated with attention to detail and many extras. I am looking forward to returning to this hotel.
