"Stayed here to catch flight the next morning back home. No complaints. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. I will say as a an older person perhaps a hand grab rail to get in an out of the bathtub to take shower would be helpful. Other than that would definitely stay again"

"Second time staying here. It was another great visit! Only feedback is the coffee in the room is challenging with pour over brand- the knot Hiroshima is better. Otherwise great stay, small rooms as per Tokyo. Love the park across the way!"

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Breakfast is very good and variously. There is limousine bus station to Narita airport and Haneda airport in front of the hotel."

"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. A great location for public transport and many great restaurants."

"Has the potential to be a great hotel. Unfortunately the fact children aren't permitted in the pool or spa area at all wasn't detailed on the listing, nor was the fact families can book executive lounge access but children aren't permitted in said executive lounge after 5pm. So we paid a premium for facilities we ultimately can't use at all. I understand people want to relax and not all places will accommodate children as a result, I totally get it. But be clear about it and put it in your...

"A good value, good location, friendly and helpful staff."
