"Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

"the staff was excellent. everyone there went out of there way to show gratitude to all guests. i found that impressive. by the end of the week it was like saying goodbye to family. i would like to say that our butler, Shadai, is where it all got started with his warm smile and considerate nature. his friendly nature just flowed throughout the entire staff"
