The food at the restaurants weren’t great, but the drinks were really good for an all inclusive. Staff was very attentive to our needs. "Staff was very promising but would not come through. Room service would take hours to deliver food or any item requested. I waited over 10 hrs and called 3 different times to have a crib brought up for my kid. It seemed that their only concern was getting us to attend a presentation to commit to their travel agency. The food portions at the restaurants were super small. Be also prepared to pay extra for EVERYTHING. The bar staff were super nice specially the ones by the pool. "

"We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful resort. If you know a little spanish it is easier. Most of the staff are not fluent in English. Having said that, I was able to get by with google translator and a few words of Spanish. They have a great animation team. I had no issues making reservations for the restaurants. Tip, as soon as you check in, go to the concierge desk and make all of your reservations. Highly recommend."

"El hotel muy bonito, limpio, los jardines preciosos , piscinas excelentes. La comida debe mejorar restaurante mexicano no era bueno, no ofrecen en el restaurante principal muchas opciones no hay variedad más de 3 días y se aburre la comida. Si hay opciones extras pagadas escogimos langosta que fue estaba muy rica y un pescado frito que nos lo vendieron al dos por uno y nos cobraron por pescado no dan bien la información. Las playas lindas mucho sargazo por la época pero no tienen un servicio...

"Our butler Edith was amazing. We loved our swim-up suite that was right next to the swim-up bar. Fernando and Luis did a great job on the drinks at the swim-up bar. Its a beautiful resort. Food was just ok."

"This was a very nice resort. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are super cute. I love the access to the sister resort, Breathless. This allows more options to eat, swim, and play. Breathless has the adult side with the casino, while Dreams has the water slides, game room, ice cream shop, and lazy river. I’m not sure if all resorts do this but I was told the liquor has 50% water in them. The drinks were a bit watered down unless you take straight shots or bring your own liquor. Food was decent....

"I’ve been to this resort three times, most recently just three days ago, and overall we had a pleasant stay. I really like this resort—the new look is much improved compared to two years ago, and the staff were friendly and provided good service. However, the breakfast buffet felt a bit underwhelming this time. Something seemed to be missing, although I can’t quite put my finger on what it was. It was better about 3–4 years ago. Dining overall was still good, but the meat dishes were quite dry...

"I requested a room change with Expedia because of bugs in the room twice & sheets smelled mildewy and they advised they would assist but my room was never changed. "
