There are no quiet pools , chairs and shade are very hard to find at all pools and beach areas. Food is fine however they ran out of many food items throughout the day. The rooms are large and well equipped and maintained. "

"Our room was in a great location. Disappointed when we got there, we were supposed to be VIP and when we got there it was not available. This is one reason I booked there. Also it says 24 hour room service is included but did not say they charge each time for this, this was disappointing also. All inclusive means everything is included. Need to update what is exactly included so there are no surprises when you get there "

Nobody greeted the guests, everyone had their heads down in their phones, the “concierges” did absolutely NOTHING to be worthy of the word concierge, front desk was short and disrespectful to many of the guests that came through there. The responses we got back from staff was “I can’t help you… go talk to ____”. Everyone just passed the buck to the next person and made us all run around on our vacation to get problems...

"I was upgraded to the Mirage. Everything was great and the property was beautiful. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that we had an issue with the ac in the room and shower handle fell off. Also had very little assistance from the butler"

"This is wonderful low key resort but it feels very much like “Cancun lite”… as if they would like to be Cancun but can’t quite figure out how to do it. Poolside drink service is very sparse, night time entertainment has a “second tier” feel to it compared to comparable resorts in Cancun as an example.
