"The hotel is 15 mins away from the Airport. About the cleanliness: As soon we arrived, we noticed that the sofas next to the lobby were dirty. The room was fine and always cleaned on time. Restaurants have many flies flying around the food and glass. Very disgusting. They should do something about it, There is technology to keep flies away from food. "The landscaping was beautiful but for a Secrets Resort, I was pretty disappointed. My room seemed nothing special about it, paid less in other resorts and had bigger and better rooms. My sheets always felt damp, the tub was old and cracked and floor felt dirty. Definitely needs updating! The food was just ok- hibachi and the steakhouse were the two that were good. "Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go."

"The beach was basically unavailable to whole stay because of gulf weed. The all inclusive its limited, full amenities, drinks and even restaurants are limited to preferred members. The room was not well taken care of. Room service has limited options too"
