"Estuvimos mi familia y yo en este hotel y nos encantó! Nos sentimos muy a gusto, y muy bien atendidos! La comida excelente tanto del buffet como de los restaurantes que pudimos conocer! El parque de agua de niño estaba muy bueno, pero la parte de atrás que era para los niños pequeños estaba muy descuidada! Las láminas del piso estaban todas salidas"

"The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds! Great for families, lots to do! Although not a part of the all inclusive package the kids played laser tag, bowling, and experienced the surf pool. As part of the all inclusive they loved the lazy river, water park and ice cream shop!! The kids club had a trampoline park (need jump socks) and they loved it. The beach is absolutely stunning, white sand and clear water! The staff was courteous and animated. Guedy and Humberto were great at check...

"My family's (2 adults, 3 kids) and total group's (4 adults, 6 kids) was very positive at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property was in great shape where it mattered to us, but it could use a little maintenance (i.e. entertainment room screen, some buildings needed a little love, missing tiles at the swim up bar).
