"AMAZING STAFF VERY HELPFUL"

"Encantada"

"💯"

"Friendly staff, clean"

"Great entertainment, food was good and staff was friendly, will come back again."

"Better than expected. Really nice property"

"Great service and great staff, very professional and helpful. The food is good and the swimming pools amazing, I can't wait for my next trip."

"The resort has potential. The pools, the suite upgrade, and a couple of the restaurants like El Corral and the Italian restaurant showed us what this property is capable of. But the inconsistent service, the tipping culture at an all-inclusive, the food quality at the buffet, the delayed AC repair, and especially the unacceptable treatment at La Fuente really brought the experience down. With better staff training, better communication, and consistent food quality, this could be a great resort....

"No thanks"

"Although it was for kids, it was still a waste of money. Things that the app said would be open weren’t. The staff wasn’t helpful unless they wanted you to do a presentation for a timeshares. The food was disgusting! It was a pageant there, so they closed down a lot of places just for them. everything closed really early & overall this trip was by gary worst out the country experience."

"Great place"

"Just as described"
