Property is cozy and has a huge potential to have 5 stars, however even though I made an electronic checking prior of my arrival as requested via SMS, once at the property the room was not ready (arrival 11:50am) it took 2 hrs and 25 min to receive the room, also I requested to the receptionist for an upgrade, and he said without blinking, the rooms are already selected 24 hrs before, (not good for a business when client wants to spend more $$ and no options were provided) also you get assigned a type of concierge before arriving to the property which I thought it was a nice experience since in the SMS said that will help me making reservations, excursion and transportation. I replied to him 48 hrs before the arrival with all reservation and excursions, no replied until the second day after we were in the property, which I already booked 3 private excursions (again not good for business) H10 losing $$$ for lack of follow up and up sales. Instead of focusing 100% in making you go to hear the membership speech, dedicate time to earn the clients trust and satisfy their initial needs, I spent $1700 in excisions family of 4, that I booked elsewhere since no replied were received from the concierge.
