"The best hotel ever"

"Nice hotel , staff was great but the food is mid definitely kid friendly!"

"A very nice set up family oriented, great staff definitely a second trip to this establishment entertainment for kids all ages and with seven different restaurants plus the buffet you definitely enjoyed the food in this establishment"

"Staff comfort cleaners"

"We had a good vacation with 2 kids rooms are very clean and too many options in hotel"

"The room was dirty no blanket dirty stained sheets. Bathroom had soap scum all on the shower. The side table glass was cracked and they never replenish my fridge the whole 4 day stay. My friends had to give me water bottles out their room. It also took over a hr to check in. The sewage smell is very strong at time in the halls or elevator"

"I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible."

"Security staff very helpful"
