"The staff is great and very friendly. However, the property needs a little maintenance.
Very peaceful and you can relax if that's what you want.
Food is okey. People go to resort to eat and drink and spend time with my family. I ate when I was hungry wherever they had and it was delicious.
In my opinion, you get what you pay for. If I could, I would come back."

"My experience was very pleasant—great service, shows, and a tranquil atmosphere. I would recommend adding more variety to the buffet and including seafood. The restaurants that require reservations are excellent.
Go for it!"

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"The place was divine! To me its the best stay at Punta Rucia Beach. It has all in one place. The food and drinks were great, staff was very amenable. Theres parking available as soon as you enter. I also felt very safe. This is actually one of my favorite beaches and would come back to stay here as well. The staff were aware that I was celebrating my birthday and they made sure I felt very special!"

"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."
