"Had to keep calling for them to deliver water and towel towels. That girl that did my check-in had a horrible attitude! I was under the impression that the adult only state was booked and it happened to be with families. Kids running everywhere. Room was noisy with kids running up and down the hallways. When having breakfast, the staff kept on having their chats instead of taking care of customers. Had to get up to serve me coffee or my own drinks. I promise to never go to that place again!"
