They gave a random person from a different resort a key to my room because they “were looking for me” and food was horrible The room was clean and nice. Hire more people that speak English instead of having people look for there and room for 30 minutes and staff is unable to help do better.

Pros: the wait staff and cleaning crew was great, professional and friendly. Cons: The TV in the room didn't work, I told them everyday about this and nothing changed. The food is horrible. Would I go back? No.

All of staffs were so kind and friendly. And also the restaurants facilities were clean too. If you want to do some activities, don’t have to worry about it before travel just go then they’ll help you! Quality was amazing! I really wanna go again!

The place is nice but extremely big everything is a trek. The water park is awesome and pools are extremely nice the rooms are subpar and the food is good just doesn’t change in variety from day to day too much. The most disappointing thing was the night time entertainment for families. If there was anything it didn’t start till 8/830 and normally was just a singer or something. i just wish it was more of an inclusive vibe and fun activities i guess like were use to.

The first thing dusted out to me when I got there is the way the place look it was beautiful the view. The atmosphere was amazing. Service was great. The workers were great. The room was great. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I could truly stay. I had an awesome time the bartenders food servers director place was amazing. I would highly recommend. I would definitely go again. It was clean. It was beautiful. It was definitely something out out of a book.
