Disappointed and Frustrated – A Warning to Future Guests
I recently stayed at Breathless Punta Cana for a short two-night visit, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, things began to unravel.
The TV in my room didn’t work, there was no Wi-Fi provided, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working during the night. I reached out to the front desk for assistance, and while they claimed someone came to fix the issue while I was out, nothing was resolved. I had to rely on the assigned personal assistant just to get basic amenities like the TV and Wi-Fi functioning, and even then, the hot water and AC remained broken throughout my stay.
The lack of responsiveness and follow-through from the staff was incredibly frustrating. I felt ignored and unsupported, despite multiple attempts to get help. For a resort that markets itself as luxurious and attentive, this experience was anything but.
I would never stay at Breathless Punta Cana again, and I strongly advise others to book elsewhere. There are far better options in the area that actually deliver on comfort and service. Consider this your warning.
