"Majestic Elegance Punta Cana had the highest level of service of the three resorts I have stayed at in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate facilities, all around fantastic. One suggested improvement is to heat the adult pool. "

"Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests."

"We had such a great time at this adults-only hotel. The staff were very professional and welcoming, the room was extremely clean, and the food and restaurants were excellent. The beach was also very clean. I highly recommend this hotel — we were treated to a VIP lounge check-in with champagne, which made our stay even more special. Also the night shows were super entertaining for the one who care!"
