"Considering this is an airport hotel, it was very, very quiet. Plenty of space in the room and was nice to be asked at check in if we wanted a bath or shower. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom including conditioner and body lotion. But the room was incredibly hot despite keeping the air on on full fan and lowest setting all night. Had we arrived earlier we would have asked at reception to either move room or see if they had a fan. But as we’d been delayed we just wanted to go straight to bed...

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport. The Hoppa bus stops right at the front door. Staff were pleasant on check-in/out. There is a small grocery/convenient store just a few minutes away. While it was not stated that the room had a refrigerator, I assumed that was standard but it did not have one which is the reason for four stars instead of five. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again."

"Skulle gjerne hatt knagger innfor døra til å henge jakker. Litt liten plass til 2 koffert, på twinrom. Forstår ikke helt konseptet med å stramme opp dynene og feste under madrassen , det må jo være et slit for betjeningen, "

"The beds were uncomfortable they definitely need new mattresses. Great location near the train station quick to get places a great quiet area! I didn’t like that the security guards don’t help with opening doors when exiting with luggage. Pretty decent overall. "
