But if you hope to have a reasonably functioning washing machine (the sole reason we booked this place) book elsewhere. Between the washer cycle sounding loud enough that a bomb could be going off, and a dryer that leaves your laundry damp after a 5 hour “standard” cycle, I can hardly consider this an advertisable amenity"

"The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. I had a window with a nice view of the Tower Bridge. Overall the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable. The concierge gave us 2 universal outlet adapters with a $5 deposit for each"

"This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very large and comfortable beds with lovely big TV. Amazing shower and also a big bath. We stayed in a room overlooking the atrium so had no natural light which was strange. The lighting in the room made it difficult to put your makeup on. The toiletries were empty near the bath and were not topped up. Could do with a plug for phone charger near the bed and plug for hairdryer near the dressing table. Minor details as overall was a lovely stay in a very comfortable room."

"Quick and easy overnight trip. Easy check in and out and even were offered drinks on their rooftop. Lovely, clean, and efficient space with amazing views. And conveniently located on top of the train station. Can not beat that. Would recommend 10/10"
