I loved my stay at the Citizen M Victoria! It was very clean, full of whimsical art, and the Ambassadors were fantastic! It’s also near the Victoria Station, which made it easy to get around the city. I will stay there again at my next visit.

Hotel is in a great location - very close to the tube, bus stops, theaters, restaurants, shopping. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hotel rooms are VERY small - 2 people and luggage was a tight fit and the bathrooms have no privacy.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we booked a king bed, but didn’t find out until we got there that the bed was up against 3 walls meaning one person had to crawl over another to get out (not convenient when having to use the toilet in the middle of the night).

The bed was clean and comfortable. The room itself was cutting edge, and it is a lot of fun to play with both the lighting effects as well as the blackout curtain. The rooms are small, and are not suitable for families unless the kids get a separate room. However, they make up in size for storage space and strategic layout. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. The location was heart of London a mere few blocks away from Buckingham Palace. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great hotel at a very reasonable price.
