"Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean.
Only gripe - check in wanted photo ID and this was not mentioned in prior emails etc so I had none, but of a faff but worked around it in the end "
Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were lovely and welcoming. The check- and checkout was flawless. When checking in, the lady on the front desk said she had upgraded our room which was a lovely pleasant surprise! (Lucky us!)
The room was immaculate and all the little extras in the room were lovely.
A wonderful stay and when we come to London again, we will be hoping to return.
Thank you for a lovely stay! "
"The entire hotel was superb. The very best part? The friendly staff and it is located across the street from the Gloucester Road Underground station. Breakfast was fine and the room was fine for a single guest."
" polite and friendly. Our room was spotless although the room seemed a bit tired and could use a bit of updating. Bar and restaurant staff were professional and friendly too. Our only peeve was that we weren't allowed to tip the staff. I dont understand why we couldn't when we felt they did a good job. Overall,a lovely stay and id recommend the Copthorne Tara.for a pleasant experience.
we were not allowed to tip the staff, which "
"Loved this hotel. It was in an extremely safe area with plenty of dining options close by. Very nice accommodating rooms. They have everything you’d need. "
