"Property is located in downtown and everything is in walking distance. It has a good rustic cabin like vibe. Staff was amazing. Worth staying here.! It would have been nice to have the parking included. "

"Newly renovated top to bottom. Double Queen room is a little snug, but clean and quiet. Pool are is fantastic, they have a cold plunge, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room. Location is great, super walkable everywhere. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended."

"Great stay in Banff, walkable to all the shopping and food, free underground/street parking, steam room, hot tub and sauna are all available. The one bed rooms on the ground floor are super tiny and awkward though, so would recommend booking 2 double beds for a standard hotel room space. Staff was friendly, and free breakfast - actually pretty good - was provided."

"The hotel staff are very efficient and accommodating. The downtown area and IGA is just a walkable distance from the hotel. 24-hr water / coffee and tea counter near the lobby is a great idea."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Dog-friendly; provided bed, dog bowl, poop bags, and even a toy! Had to go across the street to Hotel Canoe for any questions but not that big of a deal. About 25 min walk to downtown Banff which was fine. Would recommend!"
