"nice place"

"The hotel has underground parking which was great! Our room was pretty nice. Hot tub was in the bedroom and was working well. Bed was quite comfy - very cozy. The bathroom was just okay - I wish there were more toiletries that hotels typically have. There was only one bar of soap and one shower cap, even when there were two people booked for it. It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner in there. Breakfast was included, pretty decent. Bacon was done well, there were scrambled eggs,...

"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."

"Property was clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was no laundry area you has to go to laundromat in town. I would expect a place of their size to have a laundry so guests can launder clothes."

"The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!"
