“Will use again”
Was extremely happy with the whole experience. Location was great with a Safeway across the road along with entertainment within a few blocks. Customer service was great. From the front desk to the house keeping everyone was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.
“Perfect trip”
We had a marvelous stay in Toronto. Everything we could have hoped for in a hotel. My husband did suggest that, at $30 a night parking, they could have washed the car!

Rooms are modern and clean with refrigerator and microwave in room to enable you to make your own breakfast and snacks. High speed internet is complementary, staff are pleasant and courteous and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the City center. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel for great price. Walking distance to all popular areas and restaurants. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again next time in Toronto.

This hotel was really nice for the price. Everything was really clean and it was really well maintained. Staff were really nice and very accomodating. Only crappy thing was parking was $30/day but it was valet so it was worth it.

The service is top-notch at the hotel from the moment you walk in right up through the check-out. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was undergoing renovations (should be done soon) but there was still full meal service in the bar. I come into town every few months for meetings and have made the Toronto City Centre Hilton Garden Inn my home away from home. The neighbourhood is good enough during daylight hours and an easy walk from the Eaton Centre or the subway. (You can even grab a transfer and take the Dundas streetcar over if you're so inclined.) I don't recommend walking around here so much at night. Only downside was that some chatty neighbours came through loud and clear. The walls may be a little bit too thin for some people's taste. Street noise was minimal on the fifth floor.

The hotel staff bent over backwards to attend to our every need. The concierge provided us with excellent advice, maps, and directions. We were simply very well taken care of.
