Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately we have no control over the noise and they did not give us advance notice about it. We checked and they do have the permits to work until 2 AM. We are speaking with the property manager and trying to come up with a solution. Again, our apologies.

My apologies as well if you feel the staff was unfriendly. This is not at all the experience we want for our guests and we normally get nothing but good compliments about the front desk.
