“Great view”
Friendly staff, great views, nice food, great facilities. Highly recommend staying here especially a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Great views.
“Best Western Koh Samui”
Fantastic ocean views, and far enough away from the tourist beaches to be nice and quiet - yet only a 10 min drive to get downtown. Great hotel, always good service when we stay there.

Stay here for a honeymoon. Everything was execelent!!! The staff was perfect and very kind. We live in appartment with bay view - it was great! Thank yoy Best Western!!!

“Superb holiday destination”
The resort is in a beautiful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of chewang and lamai beaches, but they run hourly courtesy buses down and back so you dont miss out on any of the cation and beaches. The pools are superb, staff were great so helpful and polite, the food is good, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend the resort. In fact we cant work out why the place was so quiet..
“Amazing View”
This hotel was extremely clean and had amazing views of the ocean. the swimming pool overlooked the ocean as well. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the buffet breakfast was amazing. All sorts of food from curries to waffles to the delicious fresh fruit. The only downside of this hotel was that the staff did not speak english very well as compared to the other five hotels we stayed at in Thailand. Being a Bestwestern hotel, we expected the hotel to have staff that spoke English. When asking questions,for example about our bill they did not understand and would keep asking other staff members to help which was not helpful. This hotel is on a hillside and is between Lamai beach and Chaweng. Both beaches are not within walking distance, however the hotel does provide shuttle service every hour to Lamai and twice daily to Chaweng. No complaints of the shuttle service whatsoever. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you don't mind the language barrier. The staff only understands minimal english. Everything else was great. Nice clean rooms with wonderful amenities. Theres also a nice gym as well as a pool table and pingpong table. Good stay for the price.
“Dreadful service with a beautiful view.”
Unfortunately, the terrible service outweighed the beautiful view from our room. It may have been the worst hotel service I have ever experienced (and that is saying something). I wouldn't normally rate anything as 'dreadful'. The front desk staff hardly spoke any English and when we did speak to them, found it humorous whenever there were problems (such as a 3 hour power outage or telling us that we couldn't cancel our boat to Ko Phangan that we had booked through them due to dangerous lightening and it was 'our problem, not their's). The restaurant food, both breakfast and dinner was terrible, and the service was worse. The view of our room above the pool was again exceptional, but the service from staff could not get us out of there fast enough. We won't return.
“Disappointing”
The hotel is more suited for older couples. It's no where near the airport (25-30 min drive) the rooms had a poor Oder to them and our garden villa was more a cat heaven. Not to mention the huge rock in our room. Over looking the beach from a few kms away. Very excluded!
