“Fantastic Hotel”
We stayed at the Ashford International for Valentines night and would thoroughly recommend it. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, everything you would expect in a newly refurbished hotel. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel and we also ate at the snack bar which was reasonable and good quality food! The breakfast the next morning was probably the best breakfast I have had at a hotel, and was served until 11:30 which was great too! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were happy with our stay from check in to check out. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel restaurant also.

“Comfortable”
Rooms were great- loved the"green" touches. Bars and restaurants good. However, hotel is not situated 0 miles from Ashford - requires crossing a dual carriageway and a 15 minute walk to town centre. No flannels (wash cloths) available. No instructions on how to use the television. Dirty china left outside conference rooms.
“A good place out of the way...”
The Ashford International was a comfortable place to stay, considering what happened on my trip. The hotel, which is a 5 pound taxi ride from the nearest rail station, provided me with some of the most courteous service I have ever received abroad. My first trip to England alone and on a plane was quite stressful, not to mention that the people I was suppose to meet there never showed up. The hotel's recreational facilites (a small but well staffed and maintained gym, a spacious and comfortable pool, and a most elegant restaurant) most deffinitely relieved the stress I had. Despite what questions I had, the staff honestly and politely answered each question I posed to them. To be honest, there is nothing bad I can honestly say about this hotel.
