The Grand Lakefront Resort Club/Holly Bluff Marina offers a unique Florida vacation experience. Get back to nature and cruise the St. Johns River aboard a modern fully-equipped and air conditioned houseboat. The St. Johns River was the first tourist attraction in Florida. Although the steamboats that plied its waters in the 1800s have disappeared, the beauty and mystique of the river remain. Experience the great St. Johns River and see live alligators basking in their natural habitat. Explore nearby warm water springs where the endangered Manatee spend winters in the crystal clear waters. Great Blue Heron, Egrets, Eagles and Ospreys are all common sights. Orlando and Disney World are only 60 miles away. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in at the office for your houseboat assignment. An orientation lesson will be required before taking the boat out. It will take about an hour.
