"We had a spectacular Premier balcony room with a corner of windows overlooking the river! It was perfectly cleaned each day and perfect in every way. I recommend to splurge on this. The buffet at the Next2 Cafe had an impressive array of delicious offerings. The location was also near perfect within walking distance to breakfast, lunch , dinner, massage, MRT, ferries, and even a money exchange next door. A great base to explore anywhere you want to go. The pool was great to enjoy after a hot day around town. The service was also impressive in every aspect. We took the complementary shuttle service to the pier area multiple times a day. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and a welcome back. We also stayed in 5 star hotels in Shanghai and Singapore during our trip, but this was the best overall experience. Now I know why it’s called the Shangri-La!"

This time the receptionist recognised us and upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite absolutely amazing views 4 balconies panoramic views, breathtaking. As always super friendly staff and the breakfast is out of this world The only place to stay in Bangkok "

There are two malls across the street and easy access to MRT. There's also a spa in the hotel that we got massages from. Lovely stay and the staff is beyond friendly. We had a corner suite with executive club. The Club breakfast, tea time, pool and roof top bar were 5 star +. Had BEST stay. Would love to stay again. Wish it was closer to Hawaii. "

The amenities are in a league of their own, the fitness center is a state-of-the-art facility, miles ahead of any hotel gym, and the sauna and steam rooms were perfect. The massive, resort-style pool feels like a private oasis. ​The room itself was incredibly spacious, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel. Despite its quiet and peaceful location, it’s just steps away from some of the best local street food. Tying it all together was the warm and professional staff, who made the stay truly memorable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough."
