The hotel is old and need renovating. The staff is friendly and let me check in before 3. It will be good choice if you are driving since it has amble parking spaces.

ホテルは快適に過ごせました従業員の方もとても親切でした

ホテルは綺麗でお風呂も快適でした朝食も美味しかった。隣の慧洲園のライトアップも凄く綺麗でしたし、近隣に食事を出来る所も多いので良い所でした

間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してしまいましたが快く禁煙ルームに変更してくださり、観光案内も丁寧に説明していただき気持ち良く過ごせました(^^) 温泉もトロトロで良かったしまた利用したいです。

We arrived around 7.40pm at Takeo Century Hotel and greeted by an extremely helpful Mister (I didn't get his name) at the frontdesk. As we havent had dinner, and asked if any food places that is toddler friendly for us, he showed us a handful and offered to help us make a reservation because it's the year end season for companies to have celebrations and many places might be fully booked out. The next morning, he was still at the frontdesk and my toddler was making a fuss and throwing tantrums, he went to the back and came back out with some nice postcards to get my toddler to calm down and focus on something. Thank you very much Mister, I will come back again and make sure I get your name! Arigato!

잘보고 결정하세요

도착하면서 잘못선정한것을 알게되었음. 룸 문을 열자마자 곰팡등 냄세진동, 다른방도 비슷하다니 취소할수도없음. Air Conditioner 신청하니 불친절. 공용목욕댱 실내온탕 소형 5평정도한곳. 노천턍 없음. 조식뷔페 손님이없어 최소량만구비. 커피머쉰은 작동중지로 되었고 빵도 딱 한가지. 주위 식사할곳등 상업시설은 1Km이상걷거나 Taxi 이용. 2.5KM온천마을을 이용하였으며 온천마을주변 숙소,선정 못한것을 후회.

御船山楽園にとても近いです。

朝食とても美味しかったです。お風呂の窓がヒビが入ったままなのはちょっと残念でしたが、全体的に綺麗にしてあって良かったです。

父が足が不自由なので、その旨伝えるとあまり歩かなくて良いエレベーター近くの部屋にしてくださったり、ふた部屋を繋げて行き来できるようにしてくださったりしてとても助かりました。浴室の介助椅子も貸出ししてもらえたのも助かりました。

窓からの山並みが心を潤してくれた

特に庭園のライトアップは素晴らしい。通常は入園料が発生するが部屋からも一部見えたので良かった。朝方の霧にかすむ山並みもこころが落ち着くひと時であった。

武雄観光のは便利なところ

武雄観光にはちょうど良い場所。駅にも近いので夜食事に行くにも便利でした。御船山のプロジェクションマッピングが目的だったので歩いて目的地まで行け近くてよかった温泉が気持ち良かった

スタッフが明るい

温泉が２４時間でなかった。サウナはあるのに水風呂がない。そのぶん温泉のスタッフが明るくて良かった。チェックアウト時に、スタッフが不在だった。

適合一泊一食

跟以往的一泊兩食酒店比較，本酒店的早餐尚可，但晚餐方面無論是食物或餐廳都絕對是令人失望的:(建議不要訂晚餐。幸好酒店各員工都非常有禮，個別前台員工更可操流利英語。酒店有座敎堂，旁邊有些櫻花樹，可惜我住的日子並非賞櫻月份，否則就更好了！溫泉並非露天風呂，有點失望!得！
