Everything was very clean, air conditioning works well. Very responsive and kind. Our flight was cancelled and they allowed us to get into our room quickly so we wouldn’t have to wait at the airport or have to find something to do for another 6 hours. About a 4 minute walk to the beach and they provide beach chairs and beach towels. Close to many restaurants and to a park that has a running track, tennis court, basketball court, roller skating, and skateboard park. Will definitely stay here again.

Very cool lil spot if you’re going solo and just need a room. Angel was very helpful and patient. Ocean park beach is like a 7 minute walk away. The hotel has an outside shower for washing sand and stuff off so you don’t have to track it in. Tourist life walking distance away. Overall had a great experience and would stay again

The hotel is a little outside the tourist area but it's easy to find and there's parking available. I was looking for a relaxing time and this fit my trip perfectly. It's a short walk to the beach, they offer complimentary beach chairs and have an outdoor shower to rinse off. The rooms are clean, the bed was spacious and the toiletries were great. I would 100% stay here again.

Can not recommend this place enough ! Better than a hotel. Has beach essentials for you to barrow so you don’t have to rent chairs/umbrella at the beach, as well as location being very convenient. Host was very kind and allowed us to check in early

Close to the Airport, Cruise Lines and most important a short walk to the beach. A couple of restaurants within walking distance that were Good and reasonably priced..., rooms were clean but big enough for only 2 people.

The water must have been solar heated, we didn't even have warm water during our stay. The door to the room was an opaque glass, letting in a ton of florescent light at night. The walls were extremely thin, one could hear everything from other rooms and the common area. Kitchen area was well stocked with toasters and ameneties. There were lots of beach items for use.

Great value! This boutique hotel is located near multiple restaurants and walking distance from the beach. The owner, Patrick, is extremely friendly and happy to give recommendations. Hotel could use a little bit of improvements and the rooms are very small, but it’s still a great value for the price. The neighborhood is pretty noisy, but that’s outside of our control.
