"The staff and service was incredible absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to go back, kids were so entertained and staff were so friendly"

"It was a wonderful place. Wish we could have stayed there longer."

"Overall not impressed with the staff and their attitude. For A 5 star hotel the expectation in terms of service was much to be desired especially compared to some other 5 star hotels in Thailand."

"On the main road but doesn't feel loud. With restaurant downstairs and swimming pool at the back. Up and down the street, there are plenty of little restaurants and massage places, plus more. About 25 minutes walk to the beach, where you can book long boat trip to all the more and less famous Krabi islands. Have little problem with ants, as in all the Krabi."
