I need to report a "phantom" booking for [Confirmation Number]. I arrived at the property and the manager confirmed they do not list their rooms on Orbitz. I was turned away and had to pay for taxis to find alternative lodging.
Orbitz support has been unhelpful so far, claiming the reservation doesn't exist despite taking my payment. I am requesting a full refund, the return of my Orbitz Rewards, and additional compensation for the taxi fares and the "walked" guest experience. Please escalate this to a supervisor.
