Hôtel proche du centre,vraiment pas cher avec piscine, possibilité de laver le linge et cuisine commune + petit déj : parfait pour notre famille de 4 et un séjour d'une semaine. Le personnel est super sympa, la plupart parle très bien français. Mention spéciale à Aaron et Réma qui on été au top ... merci

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Could have more selections for breakfast. We didn’t know we could use the kitchen facilities, which wasn’t too bad but would have saved a lot. The air conditioning stopped working mid way through our stay and it was extremely hot.

Good cheap interchange stay

The Ritz no, but a spartan room with a good bed a hot shower in the morning. Breakfast ok. A good fit for our late night arrival and early check out. Staff friendly.

Personnel très professionnel et très agréable, toujours souriant. Manque d'insonorisation des chambres, les portes qui claquent à toute heure, chantier voisin etc...

蚊対策が必要

ホテルのロケーションやサービスは悪くないがいたるところ蚊がいる。マラリアのリスクがあるので蚊帳を置くか防虫スプレーが必要。自分で対処してようやく寝れた。

Conveniently and centrally located in a great neighbourhood, close to a supermarket, eateries and not too far from the city centre. Loved the courtyard and fare area which served my purposes quite well.

Really good place to stay at a reasonable price

A very pleasant we had. Flavia and the Korean Manager were extremely helpful. Was surprised that they even made the effort of having our breakfast ready at 5am. Great bed, good aircon. The only thing that was not good was the broken shutter. Otherwise, a really really good place to stay. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Ten mins down hill walk to town

Close to big supermarket and Chinese hotel for meals. Plenty of buses at 150vatu per trip to bring you up the hill. There are so many hotels to choose from. I had meals in the Golden Port, the Grand and Chantilly Right at the other end of town. The meals were VG and good value. i did not like the tatty souvenir shops in town. Handicrafts Centre on the way down to the wharf is slightly better.

Good hotel, good price

The hotel has good rooms, a nice courtyard area to enjoy the free morning breakfasts, and a small, well kept pool if you wish to use it. The wifi was in line with Vanuatu standards. If the weather is bad, then due to poor satellite reception, the wifi may not be good. But Port Vila is just now installing fiber optic cable, so I imagine the hotel wifi will soon improve. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Great Location!

This hotel is comfortable enough, but the pool was closed for repair from Cyclone Pam, and because the sun wasn't strong, we took some cold showers. That being said, had we just asked the front desk, they would've turned on the "booster" for the hot water heater and that would have been fine, but they didn't tell us about it until we were about ready to check out. The air conditioner was also very weak and needed to be serviced. The bed was comfortable, however, and the neighborhood is great (supermarkets, restaurants, museum, parliament building, walking distance to downtown, etc....) We got what we paid for, and are not disappointed with our stay!
