"The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner...

"Drive up access to your room!! Well kept room, clean and updated. I was on the bottom floor, door directly facing the parking lot. But, there wasn't a space available in front ofy room for me, probably because I checked in after 9 pm. I had to park "out" into the lot, but was able to see my car from my room window at least. I was moving, so my vehicle was loaded. My stay was "uneventful", and quiet!! The hotel is the first hotel right off of the freeway exit, but up on a hill away from traffic...
"We originally booked a room for 2 nights online and the web showed us a room with jacuzzi and river view. We got there and had a regular room with a small tub and kudzu blocking our river view on First floor. Was not happy so we spoke to owners son who quickly moved us to the second floor with a jacuzzi and awesome view of river. He was very kind and helpful. My husband loved the river and trout fished for two days!! Very convenient to everything and very clean room. Will definitely stay there...
"Veteran with high standards here and I’ve been coming to the area for years now for heavy hiking in the mountains and work. This hotel easily is the nicest and friendliest in town. The price for the room I couldn’t believe and especially on short notice. Well done! Easy-ish parking in the back for you blue collar workers with trailers attached on the road. "
"Lights in the room were dim. None were bright. Need an extra blanket in room for those of us who are cold natured.
