Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. We really enjoyed our night away here. Lovely restaurant downstairs and everything is only a short stroll away. Will definitely stay here again!!

- 침실 평가 숙소는 매우 넓고, 침대가 아주 편안합니다. 뉴질랜드 숙소들이 온풍기를 많이 사용한다는데, 이 숙소는 침대마다 전기장판을 깔아두어서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 다만, 일부는 고장난 전기장판도 있었고, 방 안 스텐드가 작동하지 않는 것 도 있었습니다. - 주방평가 식기세척기, 음식물처리기, 넉넉한 식기가 있어서 사용하기 매우 편리했습니다. 그러나 정수기가 없어서 물을 마실 수 없었으며, 냉장고에 서비스 물도 없었습니다. 이 숙소를 이용하실 분들은 가까운 편의점, 마트 등에서 마실 수 있는 물을 구매하셔서 들어가시길 추천합니다. - 호텔스닷컴과 숙소서비스 평가 이 호텔을 이용하면서 가장 불많이 많았던 부분입니다. 저희는 한국(부산)에서 출발하여 뉴질랜드로 도착하여 일요일에 해당 숙소를 이용할 수 있도록 예약하였습니다. 한국(부산)에서 토요일 아침에 출발, 뉴질랜드 오클랜드를 경유, 뉴질랜드 블레넘에 도착, 뉴질랜드 픽턴의 숙소까지는 매우 긴 시간을 이동해야 합니다. 도착하여 숙소를 찾았으나 해당 호텔은 프런트가 없었고, 우리는 연락할 방법이 없었습니다. 한국에서 로밍한 핸드폰을 이용해 호텔스닷컴에 전화하였으나 아무도 전화를 받지 않았으며, 호텔 입구에 붙어있는 연락처는 우리가 여러번 전화를 해도 받지 않았습니다. 지나가던 뉴질랜드 사람이 도와주어 가까스로 해당 숙소의 관리자분과 통화할 수 있었습니다. 우리에게 자신의 연락처가 담긴 이메일을 보냈으나 우리가 응답하지 않았다고 했습니다. 우리는 비행기안에서 이메일을 확인 할 수 없었습니다. 외국인의 번호가 수신된다고 전화를 받지 않는 등의 문제는 해결되어야 할 것입니다. 또한, 호텔스닷컴의 서비스에 강한 불만을 가지고 있습니다. 호텔스닷컴이 제공하는 연락처는 전혀 도움이 되지 않습니다. 티켓만 판매하고, 돈만 벌고, 전화는 안받고 일을 안하면 어떻게 합니까? 이 글은, 한국인이 아닌 다른 국가의 사람들에게 번역되어질 것을 생각해서 작성합니다. 그러므로 글이 매끄럽지 않게 작성될 수 있습니다. 구글 번역기를 통해 읽게 될 외국인들에게 도움이 되길 바랍니다. 마지막으로, 해당 숙소의 컨디션은 좋기때문에 영어를 잘하시는 분들은, 위의 글을 읽으시고 해당 숙소를 예약하세요.

Zum Einchecken kontaktierte uns die Besitzerin telefonisch und übergab uns den Schlüssel, eine Rezeption gibt es nicht. Apartment hat 3 Schlafzimmer für 7 Personen, 3 Bäder, gut eingerichtete Küche, Wohnzimmerbereich, 8 m breite Terrasse mit Blick auf das schöne Picton mit dem von Bergen umrahmten Hafen.

Great location and outlook

Arrived quite late in the evening and was meet by a property representative and given a tour of the apartment. The apartment was very large, well appointed and finished to a high standard. The deck was also a nice place to enjoy breakfast, while looking out over the Marina.

We completely enjoyed our stay in this lovely waterfront apartment with the great view!! We liked that it was quiet and comfortable. Marie was terrific. She walked me through the apartment and explained the appliances and the TV remotes. We would definitely stay here again.

Waterfront views and handy location

If you need room to kick back and relax and enjoy the views with convenience of shops and restaurants on your doorstep then this place could be for you. This is our second visit to this apartment block but on different floor and layout and furnishing fantastic. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating after a 2 days delay due to cancelled flights. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It has very nice view on the balcony, well-equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, central location close to ferry and restaurants, just to name a few. We will definitely return and recommend to others who plan to visit Picton.

Greeted and given a tour briefing on the apartment. Clean modern apartment with a/c , spacious bedroom, open plan lounge/kitchen, with well equipped cooking utilities. Apartment opens up onto large furnished outdoor decking to expansive elevated view of Picton Harbour / Queen Charlotte Sounds. Five star rating for luxury apartment at very reasonable rate. This is a superb place. Great views. Conveniently located and walking distance to interislander ferry terminal and shops. The place is super clean. Marie is very friendly and supportive. Luxury, convenience and great views. I think it would have been great if it had central air-conditioning instead of one in the living, which is not capable of cooling the three rooms in summer.

Nice room and good location but from been told what we could or could not cook in the unit due to only having short stay,power switch hanging from power piont ..and paying extra when booking for the kids to then be charged again for them some time after our stay and after we told them we had already be charged for them! Then handled very rude and unprofessional! BEWARE

What a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment. And luxury is definitely correct. Perfect view from balcony or lounge overlooking the Bay. Stayed 3 nights with 5 of us and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend.

Real luxury

This place is real luxury and I would recommend treating yourself. With a great view down the sounds to see the ferry coming in, the place is spacious and comfortable. The car is parked safely in the downstairs garaging and the apartment is secure and right in the town. Beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Love it!

Check in was easy and all explained by owner. Beautiful modern unit with breathtaking views. Easy walk to shops and cafes. You were able to show your room key at several dining places for discounts. Would highly recommend.
