"Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... "I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again."

"Das Personal war echt sehr freundlich, und hilfsbereit. Egal ob Check In oder Bar oder beim Essen die Mitarbeiter aber auch die Reinigungsfachkräfte. Also sehr positive und freundliche Personen. Haben ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit direkten Meerblick bekommen. Die Position vom Hotel ist hervorragend, direkt am Strand und mit eigenen Liegen. "Hotel is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and has a nice pool with plenty of available sunbeds and drinks and snacks available all day. The rooms and grounds are well maintained and cleaned every day. Good aircon in the room, although can be noisy to sleep with it on. Breakfast buffet has plenty of varied options from cooked breakfast, omlettes, pancakes, pastries, fresh salads and fruit. The main road is only a short walk away and is lined with supermarkets and restaurants....

"Best located in Protaras - right above Fig Tree Bay (the most beautiful beach in Protaras). The hotel itself is a bit dated and the general feel is that of a 4 star hotel - it wouldn't hurt to freshen up the rooms and balconies a bit as well as the beds around the pools. The room cannot be darkened (the curtains are not blackout). The breakfast is good and the entire staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything. The hotel is excellent value for money."

"The hotel is situated almost on the beach , which helps enormously as ‘ the towel brigade’ are up at the crack of dawn , putting there towels down . That would be the only negative comment as the hotel fulfilled my high expectations."

"Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is. "
