Our stay was comfortable, safe and pleasant! The location is amazing, the room was small (to be expected) but really comfortable. The amenities are located in front of the Front Desk and are self serve. They offered to keep our luggage for the day after our check-out time. They offer free coffee, tea and soup from the machine on the second floor before 7 am and after 9:45 am if you don’t have breakfast included. Beer and lemon sour are available 24hrs on the second floor for a very affordable price. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back again. You can exchange your used towels everyday for new ones at the same location as the amenities.

Great staff, air conditioned room, good selection of free products to use if needed (shampoo conditioner and body wash in bathroom, toothbrush, tea coffee etc could be collected from reception), kept our bags for us for a few hours once we had checked out. Free gift on arrival which was super sweet! Bathroom had great water pressure. Location was great, short walk to Shinsaibashisuji. Downsides: very small room for 2 people, no view. But we didn't need it as we were out all day!

Great Hotel!

The hotel has very good service and an excellent location, close to several tourist attractions. The rooms have everything you need for a stay and are clean. The only drawback was that the shower curtain smelled musty, I suppose due to the time of year I traveled (summer). I loved the eco-friendly option of taking extra items from the reception desk. I recommend it.

The place was well situated, the room was small but for the price i cant complain and the service was very nice! Overall i reccomend except for the bed matress wich was a bit hard

- They have a cafeteria/lounge area that you can get some free drinks or soups or use the microwave - They have a shelf with a lot of amenities like extra towels, tooth brushes, hair brushes, mouthwash, hair ties, razors, etc! - You can borrow a hair straightener from them! - Train stations are about a 5 minute walk away - seems short but actually not really… - Not much ventilation in the bathroom (sewage smell?) or room itself - made for a bit of a stinky stay. - The room seems big in the pictures but the beds take up all the space, we had quite a bit of trouble opening our luggage. - They don’t have luggage transportation services.

Hotel itself was tiny and rickety. The hallways smelled, but staff was nice, washing machines were convenient since you could do it cashless, and you can rent comfy blankets. Bathroom was duper small
