We thought the hotel would be noisy, with the bullet train on one side and a busy road and commuter rail line on the other side, but in fact it was quiet, even with the air conditioning off. There were restaurants on either side of the hotel, which was easy to find, and the desk clerk was helpful in laying out the breakfast and informing us about what to see in Orvieto.

Easy access off highway
This hotel was convenient on my drive to Florence. Room was clean, there was a bit of a cleaning smell, but opening the window while we went to dinner fixed that. Neighborhood was decent enough and the trains which run every few minutes do not run throughout the night, but are not disruptive with window closed anyway. Breakfast was very good, next door is a nice restaurant for dinner and down the block a decent supermarket for any supplies. Staff was very nice and spoke English.

good for the value
The staff speak good English and are very willing to help. The hotel is far from the medieval city of Orvieto is about 15 minutes drive, the parking in the city is about 1 euro per hour. The parking in the hotel is free and so the internet. The breakfast is not so bad.

Hotel senza pretese, in posizione buona vicino uscita autostrada e ferrovia ogni tanto si sente passare un treno. La nostra camera in generale in buone condizioni, spazio discreto. Pulizia da migliorare soprattutto nelle aree comuni, in camera discreto. Bagno funzionante iincluso servizi in dotazione. Da migliorare in generale l'arredamento, hall, sala colazioni. La colazione classica, si potrebbe migliorare. Il personale cordiale e a disposizione. Hotel con parcheggio, vicino a Orvieto 2-3 km., nelle vicinanze area commerciale. Lo consiglio per una tappa di passaggio, prezzo buono.

Se non si hanno grosse pretese l’hotel va bene, è abbastanza pulito ma la colazione è pessima, paste tolte dal cellophane e spacciate come fresche con un po’ di zucchero a velo sopra...immangiabili, cappuccino e caffè imbevibili. Un po’ meglio la colazione salata. Sicuramente si potrebbe offrire qualcosa di meglio per quello che si paga.
