3-star Holiday home with kitchen and furnished balcony
Set just a stone's throw from Oliva Nova Beach, this apartment has access to a shared pool and is ideal for 6 people. The exteriors features a shared, 8 x 4.5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 till 1.9 m, a barbecue and two shared sun loungers. The plot is fenced. The apartment include a private terrace overlooking the street and the neighborhood. At the same time, the golf course of Oliva Nova is almost next to the apartment. The modern and cozy interiors feature a sitting-dining room with A/C and TV (only Spanish channels), a kitchen with basic equipment like vitro hob, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher and a few kitchen utensils. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry area in the garage. The master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe has access to the terrace and space for a cot if necessary. The other two bedrooms have a trundle bed (only one has a wardrobe and access to the terrace). One bath with shower and one bathroom with bathtub and bidet are available. There's a second air conditioning unit in the corridor where the bedrooms are. Oliva Nova is not only famous for the equestrian center and the golf course but also because of the fine grained, dreamlike beaches, many of them natural area. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and everything else you may need can be found quite close in the town center. If you love the beach, visit playa Aigua Blanca, playa de Burguera or playa de Pau Pi.The natural park of Oliva-Pego and the mineral springs Sa Font Salada are just a few kilometers away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not welcome.
